Formar colaboraciones entre acad\u00e9micos que trabajan en Inteligencia Artificial, IA; que los identifiquen como una unidad dentro y fuera de la universidad, postular a proyectos generando iniciativas interdisciplinarias, adem\u00e1s de una p\u00e1gina web son las prioridades del Grupo de Inteligencia Artificial de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda UdeC, instancia que comenz\u00f3 a gestarse en enero de 2020 y que ya se encuentra en marcha.<\/p>\n

Una de las actividades que est\u00e1 efectuando el Grupo de IA es un ciclo de charlas iniciado el jueves 5 de noviembre, \u201cestas exposiciones sirven para mostrar lo que cada investigador del grupo est\u00e1 haciendo y si hay gente de otras facultades que necesite solucionar alg\u00fan problemas, bienvenidos sean, es una forma abierta de reclutamiento<\/strong>\u201d, explic\u00f3 el docente Julio Godoy, quien junto al acad\u00e9mico, Guillermo Cabrera, ambos del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Inform\u00e1tica y Ciencias de la Computaci\u00f3n, \u00a0impulsaron esta instancia.<\/p>\n

Godoy, explic\u00f3 que se requiere de un trabajo colaborativo entre pares en tem\u00e1ticas en particular, \u201cesto ser\u00eda una forma de comenzar esa colaboraci\u00f3n para que cuando llegue el momento de postular a proyectos haya evidencia del trabajo, incluso con estudiantes. Por ejemplo puedo estar trabajando en rob\u00f3tica, pero es multidisciplinaria, porque requiere de el\u00e9ctrica, mec\u00e1nica, incluso psicolog\u00eda, entonces el grupo sirve para hacer esas conexiones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido<\/strong>\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n

El acad\u00e9mico e investigador de la FI UdeC, realiz\u00f3 un llamado a los ingenieros que est\u00e1n trabajando con Inteligencia Artificial para que se contacten y participen, \u201cnos juntamos semanalmente, los martes, media hora por lo menos, pero surgen varias buenas idea<\/strong>\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n
