El biministro de Energ\u00eda y Miner\u00eda, Juan Carlos Jobet, anunci\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n del recargo de energ\u00eda adicional o l\u00edmite de invierno y la medici\u00f3n de \u201choras puntas\u201d durante la \u00e9poca de oto\u00f1o-invierno, aplicando ambos solo en junio y julio.\u00a0\u00bfPero, qu\u00e9 es lo que debemos tener en cuenta de este anuncio?<\/strong><\/p>\n El acad\u00e9mico de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n y doctor en Ingenier\u00eda, Luis Garc\u00eda, establece que esta informaci\u00f3n tiene injerencia en dos sectores, ya que el\u00a0l\u00edmite de invierno<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 enfocado al sector residencial y el de\u00a0horas puntas<\/strong>\u00a0al empresarial-industrial. En ambos casos, y en un a\u00f1o normal, este periodo abarca desde abril a septiembre.<\/p>\n \u201cNo es que suba el precio de la energ\u00eda, sino que simplemente como junio y julio son un poco m\u00e1s fr\u00edos en los hogares colocamos calefacci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica por ejemplo y consumimos m\u00e1s, y ese sobreconsumo, puede superar el valor que est\u00e1 dado para cada cliente en funci\u00f3n gasta en promedio y si supera ese valor te van a cobra m\u00e1s caro. Este a\u00f1o sar\u00e1n solo dos meses, lo cual es bueno<\/strong>\u201d dijo Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n En el caso de la industria tambi\u00e9n es importante, porque el horario punta est\u00e1 establecido de 18:00 a 22:00 horas y el precio de la potencia en estas horas es casi siete veces m\u00e1s que el pagan durante el d\u00eda, entonces muchas empresas se desconectan de las compa\u00f1\u00edas el\u00e9ctricas y echan a andar sus generadores con combustibles y de esa manera disminuyen sus costos.\u00a0 \u201cAl no haber hora de punta en abril mayo, agosto y septiembre, tienen un menor gasto en energ\u00eda o en combustible, pueden continuar trabajando normalmente en esos meses, de manera que no tengan un sobrecosto<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n El horario de punta y el l\u00edmite de invierno lo establece el Ministerio de Energ\u00eda y tiene su raz\u00f3n porque normalmente los meses de invierno normalmente aumente el consumo de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y alguien tiene que pagar esa infraestructura que se utilizan solo unos meses y alguien tiene que pagar eso, entonces nacen los meses de punta. El a\u00f1o pasado tambi\u00e9n hubo una reducci\u00f3n del l\u00edmite debido a la crisis sanitaria provocada por la pandemia.<\/p>\n La pandemia hizo que el consumo total del pa\u00eds se redujera en cifras importantes, ahora hay un\u00a0 repunte, pero sigue habiendo un menor consumo que un a\u00f1o normal, comenta el acad\u00e9mico, precisando que, \u201clas empresas no est\u00e1n produciendo a plena capacidad, por lo tanto la demanda energ\u00e9tica se redujo, esto significa que los \u00a8conductores\u201d est\u00e1n siendo utilizados menor al 100 por ciento por lo tanto hay una holgura que est\u00e1 disponible, por lo tanto no es v\u00e1lido cobrar por algo que est\u00e1 disponible<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n Pero en tiempos de pandemia ha aumentado el consumo el\u00e9ctrico domiciliario<\/strong><\/p>\n -Desde el punto de vista de las empresas que generan, cuando ves todo generando a nivel pa\u00eds, el efecto es que ha disminuido, porque las empresas que consumen la energ\u00eda no est\u00e1n produciendo, pero si hacemos un zoom y nos vamos a las casas ah\u00ed ha aumentado el consumo claramente. En \u00a0abril del a\u00f1o pasado publicamos un estudio en el que vimos los consumos febrero, marzo y abril de 2020 y hab\u00eda un claro aumento de un 10 a un 15 por ciento de los residenciales, el reflejo de la pandemia\u00a0 hizo que el consumo de la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en los hogares aumentara, pero eso en el total como sistema el\u00e9ctrico es menos ese crecimiento a la rebaja en sector industrial, por eso el tema ahora de la holgura, que tengamos liberaci\u00f3n del l\u00edmite de invierno y del horario punta.<\/p>\n \u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios trae para los hogares?<\/strong><\/p>\n -El beneficio es claro es que vamos a pagar menos, en marzo y abril ya tenemos bajas temperaturas, uno comienza a calefaccionarse un poco m\u00e1s con consumo el\u00e9ctrico y ese aumento de energ\u00eda va a salir a precio normal y no va a haber un monto m\u00e1s alto donde el precio m\u00e1s alto significa pagar casi el doble por el consumo que aumentaste, entonces la implicancia que tiene para el bolsillo de los clientes residenciales es que justamente no se te va a incrementar\u00a0 el pago a la factura total porque tu limite no existe. En junio y julio hay que tener cuidado de limitarse un poco, porque ah\u00ed pue subir la cuenta de la luz.<\/p>\n Algunos consejos<\/strong><\/p>\n -Se vio en la pandemia al permanecer en la casa el acceso a los electrodom\u00e9sticos, sobre todo el refrigerador pasa abierto todo el d\u00eda, para sacar alguna cosita o simplemente abrirlo para mirar\u00a0 y luego cerrar la puerta. Esta acci\u00f3n hace que la temperatura del refrigerador cambie y que la exigencia aumente, por lo tanto tambi\u00e9n lo hace el consumo el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n El calentar agua con m\u00e1s frecuencia tambi\u00e9n es importante, quiz\u00e1 se puede calentar agua y guardarla en un termo.<\/p>\n Utilizar la lavadora con la carga completa, la secadora igual.<\/p>\n Las l\u00e1mparas que uno tiene que son de bajo consumo, uno se descuida y la deja encendida, igual debe apagarlas.<\/p>\n Eso va a permitir reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y en parte ordenarte para no
